Your role:

• Management of our North American sales organization
• Development and implementation of customer and market-oriented sales strategies
• Achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities
• Leading and motivating the sales team
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
• Close collaboration with the regional and central product marketing organization
• Consistent expansion of our successful market position through strategic sales management

Your qualifications:

• You already have successful sales experience in a managerial position with personnel responsibility
• Ideally, you have distribution knowledge
• Electrical engineering background is an advantage
• You confidently master the strategic and operational tools and work techniques of a sales professional
• You are a “global player” and can adapt well to different mentalities and characters
