Your role:

  • You will be assigned to look after a defined customer base
  • You will increase and maintain client relationships through telephone support together with your external sales colleagues
  • You will clarify orders and complaints
  • You will use your sales talent and excellent communication skills

Your qualifications:

  • You have customer service experience, ideally on the electronics industry with a component distributor or an electronics component manufacturer
  • You are a good team player and have strong interpersonal skills
  • You have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • You have a good level of English (B2)
  • You have a good command of Microsoft Office
