Your role with us

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support
  
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio and support customer development
  
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking
  
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order management
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution, electronic components, or a technical B2B environment
• Strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a structured way of working
• Fluent French and good English skills, combined with solid MS Office and ideally ERP/CRM experience
