Your role with us

• Drive sales and contribution margin growth for the assigned semiconductor portfolio and further develop the business across the region
• Support existing and new customers throughout the product life cycle and identify opportunities for new design-in projects
• Provide technical and commercial advice to customers and support Sales with semiconductor, application, and market expertise
• Develop and implement product and marketing activities based on market, competition, supplier, and customer requirements
• Manage design-in activities, sample requests, customer projects, and supplier coordination from opportunity through implementation
• Work closely with Corporate Product Marketing, Sales, Line Management, Marcom, Quality Management, and other internal stakeholders

Your qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics  or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in product management, product sales, technical sales, or a comparable customer-facing role
• Ideally experience with semiconductors, electronic components, or electronics distribution
• Strong commercial understanding combined with technical affinity, customer focus, and confident communication skills
• Fluent Polish and good English skills, as well as willingness to travel to customers and suppliers
