Your role with us

• Manage and develop a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targets
  
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio
  
• Plan and conduct customer visits, annual negotiations, and contract discussions
  
• Coordinate quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and customer projects throughout the sales process
  
• Work closely with Internal Sales, Product Marketing, Field Application Engineers, Material Management, and Supply Chain
  
• Develop joint customer strategies with manufacturers and internal stakeholders to further expand the regional business

Your qualifications

• Professional experience in B2B sales, account management, or technical sales
  
• Ideally a background in electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical B2B environment
  
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset
  
• Structured and proactive way of working with the ability to manage multiple customer projects
  
• Fluent Romanian and good English skills, combined with willingness to travel within the sales region
