Your role with us

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial inquiries throughout the sales process
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional day-to-day sales support
  
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers
  
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking
  
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service
  

Your qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or order management
  
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical B2B environment
  
• Strong customer focus, organizational skills, and a structured, proactive way of working
  
• Fluent English and confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
